## How we work

- We take on work where we can do the right thing, not the most lucrative thing. If you're not ready to build, we'll tell you.
- We write what we know. Posts, references, and notes are public so a prospective partner can read us before talking to us.
- We hand over what we build. Code, infrastructure, runbooks, and evaluation suites belong to the team operating them.
- We measure outcomes, not output. Every engagement has metrics that decide when it closes.
